Walk & Talk – Mentee’s experience during her last session
Helen bravely explains to camera what impact Walk & Talk has had on her and how our volunteer mentor Sally has coached her through her goals.
In this video Sally explains her experience as a volunteer mentor on our Walk & Talk programme. She has really enjoyed supporting the young people she has worked with and has grown in confidence in the role as time has gone on.
We are recruiting volunteers now!! You don’t have to be a keen walker, you don’t need past experience working with young people, you don’t need to feel fully confident to do it! Training is provided. Get in touch!
