Volunteer for Grow

Join our friendly volunteer team and help create positive change for young people in Sheffield. We’re currently offering a range of volunteer roles and welcome applications from anyone keen to get involved.

Charity representatives

We’re looking to bring together a group of local people who enjoy organising social fundraising events and feel confident representing Grow in the community.

Training volunteers

We are looking for training volunteers to provide practical help on the Grow Farm while using coaching conversations to help young people combat barriers, boost their wellbeing, and identify the future goals that lead toward positive employment or training prospects.

Horticulture volunteers

We’re looking for horticulture volunteers to help nurture and develop our beautiful fruit, flower, and vegetable farm.

Admin volunteer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised volunteer to support our core team with essential
administrative and data-based tasks.
