2025 was a significant year for Grow. As we managed a successful leadership transition, we were proud to see our programmes run strongly and meet our ambitious fundraising targets. Despite the challenges many young people in Sheffield face, including nearly one million 16-24 year olds across the UK being out of work or training (source: Office for National Statistics), Grow has remained a vital source of support.

We remain deeply committed to using the power of nature to inspire hope and unlock potential in young people. By combining nature-based activities with tailored coaching, we continue to empower trainees to improve their wellbeing, build social connections, and develop the technical skills needed to succeed. We are determined to help young people break the cycle of social isolation and unemployment, giving them the tools and confidence to thrive long-term.
