The Grow Pilot: What did we learn?

As part of our journey to start a youth employment charity in Sheffield we decided to run a pilot programme. Now that the programme is complete we wanted to share our learnings with you all. We are massively grateful to all those who enabled our pilot programme to be a success. This includes funders, referees, volunteers and a small army of cheerleaders.
