Partnership is the only way to do this sorta work!!

At Grow we LOVE partnering with other organisations. We know what our expertise are as a charity but just as importantly, we also know where we are less strong. No one organisation can do it all and so we have built a range of relationships in the city with experts (both individuals and organisations). We cross-refer with these ‘experts’ and this approach to partnership is how we make sure the complex needs of our young people don’t go overlooked!

A quick example is an organisation called Suit Work. They are a fantastic charity that offer styling sessions for young men who are preparing for their first interviews. We want to say a huge thank you to the team at Suit Works for sorting some of our young people out with very smart suits this week in preparation for their upcoming interviews!!
