Exciting News: The Potting Shed

We are very excited to announce a new venture Grow is starting in 2021.

You may have spotted we’ve been selling plants this year. These have been planted and grown by our Grow Gardeners – particularly on rainy days when we can’t do other gardening tasks.

After thinking through how to properly market and sell these products we’ve decided to set up a small plant nursery in NetherEdge. We’ll initially open 1 day per week but we hope to grow this. It’s going to be called ‘The Potting Shed’.

Our hope is that this venture will not only generate funds for Grow but will also enable the young people to get some basic customer service experience. This will form an element of the Grow Gardeners programme in 2021. We’re planning to open from March but may have a few soft opening dates before then.
