The Grow Poster Challenge

Some of the young people we work with can be hard to reach. They are not always engaged with traditional services and so can slip under the radar. Whilst we work with lots of referrers, there are some young people who have no obvious referral route. They are often referred to as ‘Hidden NEETS’. Can you help us find them?

We want to try and get a Grow poster in every imaginable public space. We’re talking about cafes/ libraries, sports centres , youth clubs, etc etc…

The hope is that whilst these young people may not have a Youth Worker/Key Worker/ Probation Officer, etc. they probably will have a Parent/Carer/Friend/Neighbour who could make the intro.

So can you help? If you are a Sheffield resident we want to give you three Grow posters and we simply want you to find three spots in your locality that YOU frequent. We want you to ask if you can display a poster and then take a pic of where it ends up. We’ll then send a social media thank you to the organisation where it’s placed.
